How to Send Your Files for Mixing

I can work from either a Pro Tools session or stems (multitrack audio files). Please follow these steps to make sure everything lines up correctly:

1. Preferred – Pro Tools Session

Consolidate all tracks so every file starts from the same point (usually bar 1 or session start).
Remove unused playlists and inactive tracks.
Make sure the Audio Files folder is included.
Zip the entire session folder before sending.

2. Alternate – Stems (Multitrack Audio Files)

Export each track starting from the same point so they all line up.
Name stems clearly (e.g., Kick, Snare Top, Lead Vox, BGV 1, Gtr Rhythm L).
Export WAV files only, at 24-bit / 48 kHz (or your original session sample rate if higher).
Avoid master bus processing unless you want it printed.

Upload files
