Blue Dream Studios Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a rental. We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo and Credit Card payments. Client is responsible for any and all legal costs and attorney’s fees required to collect payment for any services rendered.

In the event that the client wishes to cancel their rental reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply:

- If cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to the start of the rental term, there will be no penalty and the client will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

- If cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the start of the rental term, the client will be responsible for paying 50% of the rental rate as a cancellation fee.

- If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the rental term, the client will be responsible for paying 100% of the rental rate as a cancellation fee.

Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change and may vary depending on the specific terms and conditions of your rental agreement. Client is responsible to pay 100% of rental rate canceled with 24 hours notice or less.
