Students get 15% off any rental with a valid student ID.

Engineers & Cartage
Add a Blue Dream engineer to any rental or package. Gear is billed separately.

Delivery and pickup is added to every engineer booking. Every engineer booking includes:
- Setup and soundcheck
- Running sound for the event
- Strike (breakdown and load-out)
- Up to 6 hours on site
Extra time is $75/hour per engineer. Delivery beyond 30 miles is $2/mile. Holiday rates apply on Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and other major holidays.

Terms and Conditions
Booking. A 50% deposit confirms your rental. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Client is responsible for any legal costs and attorney's fees needed to collect payment.
Cancellations.
- More than 72 hours before the rental: full refund, no penalty.
- Less than 72 hours before: 50% of the rental rate.
- Less than 24 hours before: 100% of the rental rate.
Pickup and return. Pickup is after 10 AM on the first rental day. Gear is due back by 12 PM the day after your rental ends. Late returns are billed an additional day.
ID and card on file. A valid photo ID and a credit card on file are required for all rentals without an engineer.
Damage and loss. Client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft from pickup until return. Repairs are billed at cost, and lost or unrepairable gear at full replacement cost. Please check your gear at pickup and let us know right away about any issues.
Terms may vary based on your specific rental agreement.
